Suri started his American music journey with collaboration with his partner Victor Vazquez, with his rap project, popularly known as Das Racist, the project has another musician of Indian roots, Ashok Kondabolu he joined the project as a hype man, and then the rap project gained a new status for alternative hip hop in America.
